Is this one of those age-old questions or what?  How do we create good habits?  And why is it so important to do so?

To answer the second question first, we are all creatures of habit and therefore it is important to create good habits, to avoid bad habits developing in their absence.  In fact, if one is trying to rid themselves of a bad habit, it can only be overcome by replacing it with a good habit!

Now regarding that first question; How do we create good habits?  Many would say that is easier said than done!  That actually is correct!  Whatever habit we want to create we need to say it to our unconscious mind through affirmations, until our unconscious mind has no other choice than to accept it as fact!

This topic of the unconscious mind, is the main subjective of Part II of THE MASTER KEYS.

Number 7 of the Master Keys Part II says;  The Value of the subconscious is enormous; it inspires us; it warns us; it furnishes us with names, facts and scenes from the storehouse of memory.  It directs our thoughts, tastes, and accomplishes tasks so intricate that no conscious mind, even if it had the power, has the capacity for.

Number 14 of the Master Keys Part II says:  It is often true that conditions of fear, worry, poverty, disease, inharmony and evils of all kinds dominate us by reason of false suggestions accepted by the unguarded subconscious mind.  All this the trained conscious mind can entirely prevent by its vigilant protective action.  It may properly be called “the watchman at the gate” of the great subconscious domain.

The above really illustrates the connection between the unconscious and conscious minds, as well as the importance of watching what the “the watchman at the gate” allows to infiltrate the unconscious mind.

Negative self-talk and sabotaging of one’s own success is what can happen when the “watchman” doesn’t do it’s job completely.

What is exciting is that we are in charge!  Outside events and circumstances doesn’t affect our subconscious mind unless we allow it to happen.

This MKMMA course with it’s exercises, readings and affirmations allows us to direct our inner thoughts to be aligned with our outer desires.
