MKMMA Week 11- “All About Persistence”

This week it’s all about persistence for me.  Its the subject of scroll three of Og Mandino’s epic The Greatest Salesman and without this quality or character trait in one’s life, it’s really not possible to achieve any measurable success.  We all face challenges and the ability to observe oneself, as one undergoes obstacles, and overcome them, is the quality that all successful people have in abundance.

This MKMMA course really rams home this topic and puts into full perspective, how important it is to understand this and furthermore realize that one’s own thoughts is where it all starts.  When one is faced with any difficulty, one faces a “fork in the road” regarding their thoughts.  Either one, look at the challenge and focus on how hard its or how difficult it is to overcome it.  Or they, can focus their thoughts on how they will overcome the CHALLENGE!

However, there is a big difference between understanding this on a theoretical level and really knowing deep down in one’s belly, that they have the ability by CONTROLLING THOUGHTS, to positively manifest a favorable outcome to any difficulty or challenge in life.

I will persist until I succeed

I was not delivered unto this world in defeat, nor does failure course my veins.  I am not a sheep waiting to be prodded by my shepherd. I am a lion and I refuse to talk,to walk, to sleep with the sheep.  I will hear not those who weep and complain, for their disease is contagious.  Let them join the sheep.  The slaughterhouse of failure is not my destiny.    Og Mandino  Scroll III
